The generator and electrical maintenance course are for building services operatives who are directly involved in the day-to-day hands-on operations and maintenance of power generating sets and plants as well as those involved in building electrical installations and wiring. The training will cover demonstrations of uses, installation techniques, troubleshooting, breakdown repairs and maintenance procedures.

The plumbing and sewage systems maintenance course is a practical exposition into all aspects of potable water and effluent distribution piping, fixtures, and traps, as well as sanitary and storm drainage systems such as vent pipes, roof drains, leaders and downspouts in building drains and sewers. It also covers major equipment of plumbing and reticulation systems such as pumps, water, and sewage treatment plants.

The training will involve a field trip to live locations of installed equipment and sales points of equipment, components and spares for physical demonstrations of uses, installation techniques, troubleshooting, breakdown repairs and maintenance procedures.

  • Understand how to maintain and handle Air-Conditioning issues.

The health and safety environment course is for building service operatives who are directly involved in ensuring the employees are not injured or made ill while they work. We train on the relevant health and safety culture, where safe & healthy working and staff competency becomes second nature to everyone. This training is open for Facilities Managers and none facilities manager.
